Ingredients:
soy beans, paddy rice, beans, whole wheat, popcorn, oat
groats, pearl barley, small yellow corn, whole white corn,
buckwheat, red lentils, split green peas, split yellow
peas and lentils.
Easy to prepare: one part mixture to two parts water,
bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes. No overnight
soaking needed. Can be cooked in larger amounts and
frozen in zip lock freezer bags and then heat bag in
boiling water when ready to serve. Can be offered to all
sized birds.

Directions:
